This 5 week Pilates fitness Circle workshop is designed to help participants increase muscle activation in targeted areas, improving body awareness and alignment through tactile feedback, during the workshop participants will start enhancing strength by adding resistance to exercises. The fitness circle will challenge core muscles, helping with balance, mobility and control.

Classes will be 6:00 PM at BIA Strength Collective on October 8th, 15Th , 22nd, 29Th and November 5th.
