*Personalized strength goal setting with your coaches tailored to YOU
*Four weeks of building strength, twice a week with a certified coach.
*Small group- 6 women max per group- allowing for all of the benefits of community while still receiving personalized attention from your coach.
*Mindful eating nutrition coaching and check ins. -
(While our approach is teaching skills on listening to your body and eating in a way that minimizes food noise, we understand that not everyone is in a place to want to do nutrition coaching. Therefore this portion is not required.)
*Healthy Habit building coaching and check ins.

Do I have to have a certain baseline of fitness knowledge or experience to partake in the challenges?
-Nope! This program is truly designed for all levels- zero experience required.
What is the purpose of this challenge?
-To gain strength and confidence in yourself and the weight room! While we will never judge someone for wanting to lose weight or change how their body looks, the focus of this four week challenge is gaining functional strength! We will be tracking our workouts over the weeks so we can see all of the progress we have gained.
Is this program only for beginners?
-Nope! While everyone in your group will be doing the same program, each class will be tailored to you in a way that progresses each member appropriately and individually. So for example while everyone may be doing bench press one day, some may be using the bar while others are adding plates. There are always ways to increase or add variations to exercises.
I just finished the last round of challenges, is there any benefit to joining the next challenge, or will it be the same thing?
-Congrats on finishing a challenge! We definitely recommend joining the next round! We have designed the program to build off of where you individually are, so this is a great opportunity to build off of all the strength you have just gained!
