Women’s Semi-Private Training

Our women’s only weight lifting class combines strength training, cardio, and core work for a full body workout. Classes maxing out at 4, you’re guaranteed to get the attention you deserve while getting the benefit of a community.

This class is designed to empower women of all fitness levels in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Mobility Training

if you are wanting to improve your range of motion and flexibility this class is perfect for you! Mobility training helps prevent injuries, improves posture and reduces stiffness. Click below to learn more.

Join us Friday September 19th for our fun Zumba class supporting those going through breast cancer treatments.

While class is by donation, prior registration is required.
